Headhunting: We followed a headhunting approach for both the companies as the talent pool we wanted to target was very specific.       

Screening: A large part of the screening process was done by us to ensure only extremely relevant candidates were getting passed on to founders of both the startups 

Offer closures: We played a very important role with respect to negotiating and closing offers for all the candidates and ensuring they joined
